I feel like I’ve been saying this for a while now, but Victoria Justice really needs to start taking a few hottie lessons from Bella Thorne if she wants to stay at the top of my Hottie Power Rankings again in 2017. Because don’t get me wrong, I like seeing Victoria in skintight leather pants and all, but I’d like to see her bending over in leggings at the gym and posting bikini selfies a whole lot more. And I don’t think I’m the only one.
